These terms cover using Copy Haste and buying its Premium licence. They are written in plain language and are meant to be read.
Who you are dealing with
Copy Haste is made by Inner Space Dev SRL, a company registered in Romania. The direct edition, downloaded from copyhaste.app, is sold through LemonSqueezy, which acts as the reseller and handles payment, tax and receipts under its own buyer terms. The App Store edition is sold by Apple and is covered by the App Store licence agreement instead of the licence and refund sections below.
Trial and free version
The direct edition starts with a 30-day trial with every feature unlocked. No account or payment details are needed. When the trial ends, Copy Haste keeps working as a free version with a smaller history and fewer features, for as long as you like.
Your licence
Buying Premium is a one-time payment that gives you a personal licence with no expiry date. You can use it on up to three Macs at the same time, and you can move it to a different Mac by deactivating it on one you no longer use. Please don't share your licence key publicly, resell it or try to get around the licence check.
Updates
Every future update of Copy Haste is included with your licence at no extra cost. We can't promise to keep releasing updates forever, but each one we do release is yours.
Refunds
If Copy Haste is not for you, email contact@copyhaste.app within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked. The refund cancels your licence key, and Copy Haste goes back to the free version, or to the rest of your trial if it is still running.
Your clipboard
Your clipboard history is yours and stays on your Mac. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what the app does and does not send anywhere.
Warranty and liability
Copy Haste is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be free of bugs, and as far as the law allows, Inner Space Dev SRL is not liable for indirect losses such as lost data or lost work, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid. None of this limits the rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it and the new version replaces this one here. Changes never take away a licence you have already bought.
