A few things that come up often. If yours isn't here, just email us.
Opening the panel
Click the Copy Haste icon in the menu bar, or press the keyboard shortcut: Control+Space by default, or a double-tap of Option on Macs with more than one keyboard layout. You can see or change the current shortcut in Settings, under the Shortcuts tab.
Letting Copy Haste paste for you
Selecting an item always copies it, so you can press Cmd+V yourself right away. To have Copy Haste press Cmd+V for you automatically, open System Settings, Privacy & Security, Accessibility and turn on Copy Haste in that list. If it isn't there yet, open Copy Haste's Settings and start the permission from there.
Shortcut not responding
Control+Space is also the default macOS shortcut for switching between input sources, so the two can fight over the same keys. Either turn that off (or rebind it) in System Settings, Keyboard, Keyboard Shortcuts, Input Sources, or give Copy Haste a different shortcut in its own Settings, under the Shortcuts tab.
Restoring a purchase
App Store edition: open Settings and use Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought Premium with. Direct edition: re-enter the licence key from your purchase e-mail in Settings; if you're moving to a new Mac, deactivate the licence on the old one first.
Where your history is stored
In a local database on your Mac, never on a server we run. Use Clear History inside Copy Haste to erase it, or see the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
